How Events Are Organized

Your event is a highly refined fundraising campaign that culminates with an exciting sporting clay shoot. The event takes 8-12 weeks to plan and is organized by a Host Team of six key volunteers.  We train your volunteer team and coach them through a Master Timeline process focused on helping you maximize funds raised.

 

At a high level, your job is to recruit fundraising shooters and corporate sponsors; our job is to provide the master plan, funding strategy, all materials, technology, team guidance and run your day of event.

How Money is Raised

Traditional entry-fee-based charity events usually don’t raise much money. The secret behind getting high dollar results is not so much the event you conduct as much as it is having a smart and effective revenue model. Our revenue model is the fundraising engine that drives your event.

 

The Prestige Fundraising Engine has been refined from over 30 years of experience in conducting major fundraising events and is comprised of five different revenue streams. These streams drive more money into your bank account – Participant Personal Fundraising, Corporate Sponsors, Underwriters, Matching Fund Donors and Alumni Engagement. We use state-of-the-art fundraising technology to drive the process.

What We Provide

We provide all of the tools, training, coaching, participant materials, corporate sponsor materials and technology you need to run a smart, focused and highly effective fundraising campaign. 

If you're conducting your sporting clay shoot at a public venue, we'll help coordinate the shoot with the facility. If your event is conducted on private property, we'll manage the entire event – from setting up your stands and throwers to providing all your targets, waivers, scorecards, safety oversight and event management. Our mobile setup rig contains over $100,000 in top-quality commercial throwers and related equipment, ensuring that you and your guests will experience an excellent, first-class event.

Fundraising Incentives

To generate sizzle and fundraising power, we also provide discounted access to a number of high-end fundraising incentives you can build into your event that inspire your participants to raise more money. Based on how much a person raises, participants can receive free shotguns, Hilton Vacation Getaways that include golf, hunting and snow skiing packages, Bahamas cruises, private guided hunts, and even Texas helicopter hog hunting adventures!

Private Event Services Only

If your organization wants to conduct a traditional entry-fee sporting clay shoot on private property, we can provide stand-alone private property sporting clay event services separate from our fundraising campaign program. Contact us to learn more.
